Note on the holdup:
The analysis plot was not being corrected initiated after assay results were run. Basically, there's a command that initiates the plot given the new assay data, and it was attached to a navigation button. It's supposed to be triggered when leaving the assay page, but it was swapped around when we changed the order of the pages, so it ended up attached to a back button that won't likely be used too much.
Everything seems to be working for me, but given the size of this merge I think everyone should take a look at it
