Minimal software:

[x] Upload of data in inference app
[x] Upload of serial interval in inference app
[x] Slider for epsilon in inference app

Research part:

[x] Analyse dataset from e.g. Australian or Canadian states

Possible (but not strictly necessary) extensions:

[x] Serial intervals with uncertainty - solve analytical posterior for draws from serial distribution and average posterior (we will have to see how well justified this is)
[ ] Better way: change to MCMC approach
