[x] Download the MERS data and serial interval from Robin's email of April 15, and add them to our repository.
[x] Infer R_t for epsilon=0, and check that it equals the red R_t in Figure 5b of the paper. Make sure we are using the same prior and sliding window.
[x] Infer R_t for multiple values of epsilon.
[x] Calculate as a function of epsilon the amount of time R_t < 1 while R_t assuming all imported cases are actually local is >1.
