I created 2 notebooks, one looking into the counties separately and one looking at Hawaii as a whole.

Could it possibly be because the cases are rather sparse? The imported cases don't seem to affect the local cases. That's also why I thought maybe it would be better to see Hawaii as a whole, not as their respective counties.
