Don't use intermediate pyreference format - go straight to cdot merge_historical #12

A the moment gff_to_json goes to pyreference, then you have to merge them with merge_historical to use in cdot

This is due to legacy pyreference usage, which I have recently changed over to use the cdot merge_historical format - so gff_to_json should produce merge_historical data straight away
