Missing RefSeq GRCh37 GFF #26

The directory is missing:

https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/refseq/H_sapiens/annotation/annotation_releases/105.20201022/

I contacted NCBI (case number CAS-1011057-P3X0H8) 2022-11-07

As a work around, run (before all_transcripts.sh):

cd refseq/GRCh37
wget http://cdot.cc/download/GCF_000001405.25_GRCh37.p13_genomic.105.20201022.gff.gz
cd ../..

Will close this when NCBI reply

NCBI replied saying:

The annotation release you were searching for can be found in the following directory:

https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/all/annotation_releases/9606/105.20201022/

There are quite a few other ones below - perhaps we should grab them too
