Trios grid - can't see as user #1076

As "testuser" I can't see any trios on the patient/trios page

I can view a VCF that has a trio, see the linked trios, visit the trio page etc

This is because there is special case code on cohort to allow for VCF permissions, but filter_for_user doesn't do that
