Nearby variants v2

• Move grid back onto variants page as a click to toggle (this was done mostly as a performance enhancement but I guess if we only trigger load on show we can get the same effect)
• On Variant details page, add HotSpot graph zoomed in +/- 50
• Be able to optionally turn on/off codon/exon/domain (Sarah thinks best to just use codons at the moment)

Some more V2 thoughts for later than came up when using this (v. cool) feature:

• would be great to be able to filter the range table & change the range size e.g. I'm looking at an intronic splice variant and so the adjacent variants don't come up in the codon (as expected), but then they're lost in the 71 other variants so it takes me awhile to focus on the region of interest - esp since I keep forgetting the coords of the variant I'm interested in - would be super cool if the variant was in the table & highlighted.
• is there a way to break up c.HGVS & p.HGVS from position e.g. convert from 2 columns to 4 columns so that you can more easily see the c. p. HGVS? This prob also applies to all other grids, as quite hard to see c. & p. quickly as obscured by IDs. from: ENST00000300305.3:c.87A>G, ENSP00000300305.3:p.Arg29= to: ENST00000300305.3, c.87A>G, ENSP00000300305.3, p.Arg29= I'm assuming this would be pretty annoying to do - if not possible, is it an option to increase the width of these columns?
