Redesign VG.com front page #35

The old page is really ugly, replace with something like Shariant or SA Path one

I think it would be good to go with a 100% static front page, so that it's always up, even during upgrades or webapp failure

Signup page - add contact details if something goes wrong (email not getting through)

headline, then 3 things that we offer (with images)

Free for research commercial requires licence

Video that tells customer story

Lockin - when your core business is genetic analysis, you want to control that process

We could cache the front page to make it fast.

Would be fun to add lots of graphs of the aggregate stats (#2865) to show how much data we have

It would also be good to have a demo of variantgrid drag and drop nodes (simplified w/public data)

You want to mention stuff (eg look at tech stack) but keep minimalist on front page, perhaps links and wikipedia style hover overs
