Variant Details improvements

• Show locus counts even if you don’t have samples with a variant
• Make a second IGV link at the samples (for when you have no bams in any)
• Add IGV link to jump to sample bams (if they have it)
• show hom ref variants as well (somatic ones)
• Fix panel names in grid (currently shows eg "9")
• Show per panel gene coverage on this page
• Try and work out by panel, how many samples have this and perform the estimates above automatically?
• Samples that have variant type as Somatic or mixed - show boxplot of allele load??
• Break up really long strings, eg trembl on 7:117199563 G>T (GRCh37) is super-long
