Multiple classification reports

• Move into own model, so we can have multiple reports
• User settings, so we can have defaults by organisation, lab etc.

Need to clarify with Anna B on what else we need - is it enough to have one per lab or do we need to pick on the classification which one to use?

The report already is its own model, see ClassificationReportTemplate It used to be stored on the lab level, but that resulted in the need for way too much copy & pasting (as there wasn't a global one so the report was copied between all orgs, and then hard to keep track of if they were all the same version).

I would suggest if we have multiple reports, then when you want to run a report you just have to select which one you want.
