iPhone Browser crashes upon start #193

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have iTunes installed
2. Internet Tethering is enabled.
3. Open iPhone browser while phone is plugged in OR plug in phone after
iPhone browser has opened

4. Watch it crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is to work. -_-

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
All currently released versions of the iPhone browser have this issue.
Running Win7 Ultimate x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Under Windows 7 Professional x86, also have this issue.

My OS is in portuguese, I've translated the text back to English but I don't 
know if
