[x] Create template for Sections/Chapters as *.qmd docs

Created draft meeting report sections (based on template of workshop sections created by Becca). Created PAM Open Science Workshop Exercises for each of these chapters (including issues in the meeting repo)

Just waiting on ok from Becca/Sofie on info included in the chapter sections.

Completed adding exercises to insert section chapters. All details re: how to insert chapters are in the Open Science PAM Workshop exercises html, and everyone will participate in adding those chapters during the workshop (github section, day 1). The format follows the section templates for those working groups. Details will be added after the section discusssions. Completed this task.
