This is a squashed and rebased version of PR #18.

I've just updated this PR to include the re-numbering of the tables. Please review and comment if further changes should be made.

Sorry I might have missed something ... but ... can someone explain to me in simple words where is the difference between this PR and #18 ?

we rebased #25 two weeks ago to be based in the English version. The differences in the content are:

• The table numbers was updated that they fit the occurrence in the document. • In the field LU the units with special chars was removed old: …..be "mOhm" or "mΩ"; LU value for microohm shall be "uOhm" or "µΩ". new: ….be "mOhm", LU value for microohm shall be "uOhm".
