A single pane of glass to map and understand both feature and raw data, as well as their associated metadata, such as validation requirements and lineage, is needed. Ideally the metadata catalogue will also be the source of truth for RBAC assignment.

[ ] Add Purview to FlowEHR infrastructure
[ ] Configure purview to scan data within private VNet (SSIR?)
[ ] Design around researcher access to metadata.

Not this sprint, possible next sprint on MerseyCare. Purview feels overkill for single dataset so haven't prioritised this at the moment
