Add Algorithms in Go Language

Go is a popular programming language that makes it easy to build simple, reliable, and efficient software. Lots of cloud solutions are now implemented using Go. Contribute with Go Implementations to the existing Data Structures and Algorithms with examples. Don't forget to update the content table after adding a code.

Feature Requirements

[ ] Add Go Implementation to the existing algorithms, data structures
[ ] Improve the readability by adding comments
[ ] Add sample test cases, examples inside the code
[ ] Update the Content table in ReadMe.md
[ ] Open a PR mentioning this issue #70
