I just added a while loop and checked if we should wait for the timelimit keyword to finish! This seems to work as far as I can tell. I've tested all three of the possibilities in the loop and it behaves appropriately with all three.

This should be merged simultaneously with the PR in the saguaro_tom repo, otherwise things will break in the TOM!

Tested locally and worked great. Also updated galaxy crossmatching to include new Legacy Survey DR10 catalog name.
