Assigning outcomes to nodes is slow #28

Currently the updates for adding outcomes to nodes (and outcomes to outcomes in the vertical alignment process) are very slow. This needs to be sped up to ensure a smooth user experience.

The following features need attention with regards to efficiency:

  1. Adding outcomes to nodes
  2. Loading workflow data
  3. The overall quantity of data or number of rendered react elements may be too high

4) Creating new outcomes is also quite slow
