Testing on a few sample notebooks & fixing stuff that comes up

[x] Pytorch
[x] Tensorflow (roadsigns demo might suffice here)

Get rid of everything in same.yaml that isn’t being used

[x] Tech debty old stuff, get rid of it
[x] Prune them and same init with simple one for user

Requirements.txt support

[x] Parsing imports and pip installing them directly (no version control)
[x] Unless requirements are in image
[x] Same verify - Requirements checking

breakages:

[x] Serialization, variable goes missing?
[x] Model serialization issue can also be bad

Exploding variables

[x] Unserializable
[x] Very large things (size limit in same.yaml)

Azure support, at least in CI?

[x] Can Dave get us a k8s cluster on GCP
[x] Can Dave get us an Azure account with durable functions
[x] Can Dave get us an AzureML account
[x] Get at least durable functions working

I've ticked off the testing tensorflow/sklearn/pytorch boxes because we now have a pretty big test suite for them - currently most of the test suite is failing, will dig deeper and add issues for each one.
