Switch test drive instructions to use jupyterlab

[ ] add instructions on starting jupyterlab inside test drive (with a container image that has the dependencies)
[ ] pip install sameproject from there
[ ] add dependencies required for 01-hello-world notebook to docker image and update same.yaml with those dependencies
[ ] test end-to-end

wait, why would we do this? it's not obvious that jupyterlab has higher penetration, is it?

I mean jupyter rather than the SSH console in testfaster. I don't particularly have strong feelings about jupyter vs jupyter lab although the latter is more modern and widely used as far as I know
