Add more information in kubeflow pipeline #98

At the moment, it's quite hard to work out what the kubeflow pipeline is doing:

The steps don't have very useful names, and the metadata doesn't tell you much either. Might be worth adding some sugar around this? Like a way to configure step names, see what code is being run etcetera.

I THINK the feature would be to allow picking up some kind of comment with a name? Or a tag in a JH cell? unclear.
