Comment headings #79

Feedback from user: "The first few words in the comment section creates a heading, please fix this."

I guess the only way to sort this out is to make the user type a specific heading for their comment, or remove the comment teaser/link. I'd probably go for the second option.

I don't seem to be able to remove the comment/teaser link, so I've just added a subject/heading for the comment.
