6 years ago Norma is going to give us a list of farm portions which are the areas where development was supposed to occur. Obviously this is not at all accurate in some cases, particularly in one where a dam construction was due to cover 3 municipalities and the "footprint" is therefore huge. I think we decided we mustn't worry too much about this because the developments which haven't gone ahead shouldn't actually be used in the stats.
Certain developments which did not go ahead do not have any spatial information associated with them. How should the system handle this? It's expecting to output geojson for everything so the whole system is going to break and will require quite a lot of redesign.
