Reptile distribution data #102

Please find update of spatial data for Reptiles – if possible can you check if there are any mismatch between shapefile names and SIS exports, by just checking for which taxa no maps appear please? I think, you did it before for mammals….. Or should I add it to the to do list, as the names have been edited to match what is in SIS, however, I might need to do a new export, but I will check with Krystal in which workingset the updated assessments are.

All files to be uploaded, we might later remove the subspecies, but this is still to be discussed.

Dewidine is going to get Krystal to get the latest SIS download (the spatial data here is linked to the new SIS data).

Ok this is in polygon form now. need to change function so it imports points instead. Point data is dirty and will not be used.

@rukayaj Update, only polygons will be used, but attributes of data need to be pulled from the point data. There is a new version of these polygons, so I will submit an updated version next week - 9/02/2018.
