Database query for Freshwater species

We need to pull all data form the database that has freshwater coded as a system, this will only be applicable to the SIS imports.

We need to figure out how to do this for birds - we might need to request a species list form Birdlife, so then its not going to be a database query.

Can't think of any other groups that are not from SIS that will need to be queried.

Ok so what columns do you want in this data extract? Scientific name, family, class, order, redlist status ... ?

All taxonomic levels need to be included, so that we can sort into the different groups.

Redlist status, criteria, rationale, scope of assessment, threat coding and threat description.

This query will need to be run after we have uploaded other assessments, so what you would extract now will need updating, so me and Fhatani should be able to run it again. We should also be able to add fields to include, as I can't get hold of Tilla to get a second opinion on the fields to include, but I think the main purpose of this data is to report in the status of freshwater species, so just their RL status maybe.
