Ok this is happening because there's an assessment for the species AND the subspecies and it's getting confused and has added Chirindia langi occidentalis twice. http://speciesstatus.sanbi.org/assessment/last-assessment/2947/ is the wrong one and http://speciesstatus.sanbi.org/assessment/last-assessment/02949/ is the right one. These are the relevant SIS records in the taxonomy table:

From my understanding of it there shouldn't be an assessment of the species AND the two subspecies? @Dewidine please confirm. If there's something wrong with the SIS data please fix and close this issue.
