Add special data provider credits for polygon maps (birds & frogs) #36

For birds:

As the polygons are based on SABAP2 data and it was sourced from the Animal Demography Website, I think we need to credit them for providing the raw data and BirdLife South Africa for creating the polygons/maps.

Amphibians we can use the point data. Let's display both points and polygons and put them in different layers on the map so ppl can swap from one to the other.

I forgot, to mention this to Tilla. So we will have to think about what we want to do with for Frogs. I think, we should just use the polygons, and pull data contributors from point data as mentioned in a earlier task.
