[Feature request] Add documentation about Matlab requirements #2

It will be great to have the following information added to the documentation:

  1. Which version(s) of Matlab is supported
  2. What toolboxes and packages are required
  3. Whether the user need to compile some c function (eg. sttc.c) and how to do that
