Currently the parameters for threshold detection (eg. the threshold multiplier, which wavelets to use, whether to use wavelets or threshold-based spike detection) is mostly based on experience. It will be run spike detection using a set of different parameters on recordings before and after TTX recordings to find the parameters that maximizes spike detected pre-TTX and minimizes spike detected post-TTX
