The airport model has the origin for all outbound trips and destination for all inbound trips set to the terminal. However, some modes actually go to a different mgra based on their selected trip mode. This PR updates the trip mode choice annotator to correctly set the origin and destination based on the trip mode selected. Demand matrices should now be seeing demand not just to/from the terminal, but to the respective mgras.
