Inexplicable null values resulting from vehicle allocation model #74

There are a lot of records in the tour file where the values of vehicle_occup_1, vehicle_occup_2, vehicle_occup_3.5 are null and selected_vehicle isn't or vice-versa. This is making it difficult to summarize the vehicle allocation model. I have attached a tour file with 20 records as an example. final_tours.csv

We've looked at recent model runs and this doesn't appear to be an issue anymore
