EMME toolbox changes for creating guid yaml and writing report files to data

testing:

have tested first 3 commits in ABM2+ EMME, 1st commit has been verified w/ ABM3 EMME
have tested 4th commit's write_to_datalake section from the command prompt in ABM3, but the master_run changes to the EMME toolbox have not been tested

[end_iteration, iteration] columns introduced into output_tables in write_to_datalake after trips column filter, so the two new fields do not have to be added to the Write_Trip_Matrices.yaml FINAL_COLUMNS_FILTER to appear in the trips table in the data lake
