I did that, I 'll fix it. I've got so many SANDAG RSM directories on my computer!
@JoeJimFlood
I prefer not to use Git LFS because, in my experience, we start out having a small set of large files, mindfully created, as Jeff as done, but over time, we start adding more and more large files (including different versions of them), and eventually end up with a repository that takes several hours, if not days, to clone locally. I therefore prefer having a separate repository for storing large files, i.e., RSM-resources
. This gives us all the advantages of GitHub, e.g., easy access, but separates the large files from the code. With this arrangement I can clone the code very quickly and the resources
repository slowly (which I expect). If you agree with this approach, would you please create an RSM-resources
repository and give us access? Let's discuss other approaches here if you prefer a different approach. thanks!
@vivekyadav26 Can you please sync up with @elias-sanz and move the files that are currently located in
~/Library/CloudStorage/OneDrive-SharedLibraries-CambridgeSystematics/PROJ SANDAG RSM - General/Data
to a location accessible to WSP, SANDAG, and CS? We can use the WSP SharePoint if that's easiest.
