3 years ago It appears that you have set up your Echo devices as “speech devices”, but then turned off the “Speak Messages?” Option.
Using Echo Speaks, you will have a better experience if you choose your Echo devices as Notification devices, instead of speech devices. Try that, and let me know if it works...

3 years ago I had just turn it off.. It has been on for years and the error message is unhelp. I had just turn this off not be bother by it. I can turn it back on if you like.

3 years ago I haven’t changed anything related to speech in months, and I don’t have Echo Speaks set up yet after my recent relocation. You might try try selecting the Echo devices as Notification devices instead as speech devices.

I'm using Ecobee Suite Contacts & Switches Helper and both push notify as was as speech notify to Alexa devices. It tells me "Sorry we cannot access your simon says alexa skill right now". No this only applications that has this issue. Other habitat application don't have any issue with speech. Ecobee Suite Contacts & Switches Helper, version 1.8.23 on Hubitat Multiple version of the Hubitat software issue has been going on for a while.
