Update links in Footer in Splash Help Site #27

@mhlibchuk Can you update the links on http://sap.github.io/BUILD_User_Assistance/Splash/index.html and http://sap.github.io/BUILD_User_Assistance/Splash/External/index.html so they match those on: https://www.experiencesplash.com/splashapp/

@mhlibchuk hi Michael, these links weren't updating in the video.html and index.html pages, but were still linking to https://build-master-ci.mo.sap.corp:9443/home I've fixed them manually for now, but something to look into for the next round? The footer on all the other pages works fine (i.e. once you're displaying a help topic)
