Use icons and uicontrol instead of screenshots for buttons: Configure the Smart Template List Report #30

I noticed that for this topic, screenshots are being used where icons and uicontrol tags should be. In addition, when a button icon is used, it should appear before the name of the button for readability and localization purposes (correct me if I am wrong).

For example: Select the preview button (the icon should appear before the word "Preview").

It wouldn't display the angled brackets so I just put in the tag name example From the uicontroltag Services uicontrol tag list, choose uicontroltag SAP HANA Cloud Portal uicontroltag . Click imagetag.svg icon here imagetag (Duplicate) in the top row of the uicontroltag Create Versionuicontroltag column. *\ although we don't use the icon name in parents. It should be Duplicate (ui control tag)

@crystalngai @brian-murray35 No, Crystal, I'm not taking these types of screen shots. It's explained in the text, and on the persons screen, and not needed.

@brian-murray35 @crystalngai @suzyglespen We all have different types of icons. They should all be .svg icons from git, but I think some are displaying differently.

Brian's topic has the icons in blue (did you do something special Brian? Or is it just the icon/image tag in CMS? http://sap.github.io/BUILD_User_Assistance/Splash/6d92f5cf1d16402c9dec4fd511b96f67.html Also, in your topics, be sure to have a space between icon image and icon label. image

Crystal's are grey and slightly bigger. They are the .svgs but I think they are rendering differently. @crystalngai are you using the image--icon tag?

@sophsterm fixed these in my topics (they're actually different - neither as nice as your preference, but there you are.....) I like the blue, it's more visible, although it's not what the icon looks like in the UI. @brian-murray35 ? Some suggestions on consistency and how we all can follow the same steps for the same result?

@sophsterm I think I used that tag when I was creating the icon but I can't remember exactly. I just know that I asked UX directly for those icons and the person who created them sent them directly to me.

Preview button will be fixed for Beta 5. Double colon fixed. Decision to use screen captures in procedures was made by yours truly and product owners. We think they are useful. Thank you for your input, however.
