Add PPMS details on Help Site #49

@mhlibchuk Can we add the following to the footer:

Product and Production Management System version: SAP Splash Beta 5

This is certainly something worth looking at.

At the moment we don't have a way for authors to provide a version number in a project map (for example, 'Beta 5') and have it appear in the output.

If we continue to publish outside the CMS, the provided text can be hard-coded and then updated as we wish.

However, if we want to publish this help from the CMS, we need to create a user story for this. I can set some feelers out.
