channel integrations down for new channels after maintenance #75

it seems previously created channels are working fine post maintenance, but new channels are not responding.

this is tested on webchat, twitter, slack, all not responding, created post-maintenance

I have successfully created a webchat channel, it is responding, could you describe the steps you took ? What is you username and the name of the specific bot you tested ?
