Feature Request: Enable frontendIntegrationTests stage for Maven projects #18

At the moment the frontendIntegrationTests stage is "only" enabled for projects with NPM building tooling.

For projects using the Maven build tooling, the usage of the frontendIntegrationTest stage would make sense too, to integrate e.g. the execution of OPA5 tests.
