use current maven 3.6.2 version #17

The download for maven 3.6.0 is not available anymore, currently there are just downloads for 3.6.1 and 3.6.2. I'd guess that using 3.6.2 is preferred in this case.

According to https://maven.apache.org/download.cgi, 3.6.1 is the latest version. Is 3.6.2 already available?
