Reviving error message Package is invalid: 'CRX_REQUIRED_PROOF_MISSING" when trying to download this potentially very handy app. please advise. Any help from anybody here would be greatly appreciated! :)

rename the file .CRX to be .ZIP
then extract it in the new folder.
open the Extensions from google chrome.
click in the load unpacked
chose the folder that you have been created it is worked for me

@yasserinnovation Reading is a valuable skill, he can't rename a file that he can't even download ;)

@MMCWILLIAMS123 Googling error messages is a valuable skill as well. The first result explains you the source of that error and also how to prevent it.
