Most important, this fixes the curve-plotting issue #5 through the submodule update.
Also, a CHANGELOG.md file, which is supposed to be manually updated after each release, is added.
Finally, the versioning actions job is updated to also update the createInstaller.bat file, such that manually editing is no longer required to make an installer for the latest build.
