Use current image for deployment #120

Description

The "deployement.yaml" now uses the current image eu.gcr.io/gardener-project/karydia/karydia instead of the old one karydia/karydia:0.1.0, which should prevent incompatibles.

Resolves #119.

FYI: deployement has a typo the correct spelling is deployment Maybe you can just correct it at the final squash commit message via GitHub UI, thus, no need for another commit and/or force push to the use-current-image branch.
