Hi, Thanks for your question! We really appreciate your feedback. The bi-directional arrow appears since the cloud connector acts as a reverse invoke proxy between the on-premise network and SAP BTP. It means that the cloud connector initiates (triggers) the connection from the on-premise network and SAP BTP.

Could you please clarify in the technical architecture why there is also an inbound call to BAS from a corporate network necessary? Cloud (BAS) to OnPrem traffic goes through Cloud Connector.
