feat(Personalization): Add information and examples to personalize BAS #55

As a developer I want to personalize my BAS so that i have a better development experience.

This PR will add a new child page to the "Working in SAP Business Application Studio" page to explain how BAS can be personalized through dotfiles.

As BAS is giving a developer the access to a terminal/shell, it should be explained how a developer can personalize and even share the settings which are used.
