Links to REST APIs incomplete in overview page #18

Hello SAP Identity Authentication Team,

on the page REST APIs there are links to the pages below. Unfortunately they are not in the same order as it's shown in the navigation tree. Also some entries form the navigation tree are missing. I don't think it make sense to send a pull request there. I would suggest to simply remove all the links to avoid inconsistencies.

looks a lot better now. Only that General Error Codes has no entry in the outline.
