To my knowledge API management tenant uses IP: 51.105.226.79, 20.107.78.224 for EU20 (AZURE). Shouldn't they be part of this list?

The Regions topic only lists IPs used by the platform in general and does not contain IPs used by individual services. For such cases, information can be found in the documentation of the respective service. For API Management, the process of obtaining IP addresses is documented here: https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_CLOUD_PLATFORM_API_MANAGEMENT/66d066d903c2473f81ec33acfe2ccdb4/585d639653614d4aaf8818388db1e236.html?version=Cloud&q=ip%20address.
