Missing menu entry #205

Issue description

This page tells me to go to go to {YOUR_NAMESPACE} > Service Management > Service Instances.

I don't have a Service management entry

Hi @marcellourbani,

The reason why you cannot see Service Management on the menu bar is probably that you haven't enabled the SAP BTP Operator module (btp-operator). It's one of the prerequisites for configuring SAP BTP connectivity in the Kyma environment.
