Removed duplicate sentence which is also present in https://github.com/DNA5769/sapui5/blob/f45f2b9534560f98bddfebe492b1946c0f32f461/docs/03_Get-Started/step-10-descriptor-for-applications-8f93bf2.md?plain=1#L114

The sentence is more relevant in its second occurrence, so I removed the first occurrence.
