Exercise 1 instructions on how to launch BAS

Thanks, good idea. There are some instructions on how to find / add the subscription, in the prerequisites area (https://github.com/SAP-samples/cloud-btp-cli-api-codejam/blob/main/prerequisites.md#sap-business-application-studio) but this could be enhanced with some more screenshots.

A couple of thoughts from me;

• the attendees should be setting up a dev space (and therefore finding BAS) before the event, so we need to figure out how we can emphasise the importance of the prerequisites (and the "pre" part of that word :-))
• it is better to put it in the prerequisites also because exercise 1 is not about getting to or creating a BAS Dev Space, it's about using it

Great if the full instructions including launching are in the prereqs, but I think a link to that in the first exercise would be helpful as well. Especially when people do the prereqs in advance, that means they come in cold the day of the CodeJam. People really new to BTP won't necessarily remember or connect up how to get back into BAS and start their Dev Space.
